The technicians who came out were *awesome*! There was some trouble with the parking situation, so the original tech had to switch jobs with another. Both were fantastic and accommodating and the carpets are so clean now. Terrific work from very professional people.

I previously gave this company 3 stars. They have since responded offering to redo carpet. I am an unexperienced person when it comes to carpers. I was frustrated, they were not to blame. Thanks Kamil for being professional even on the phone.
