This company was amazing and was so helpful during a time where the house was completely flooded from storms. Not only where they able to get to the residence quickly, they did a thorough and professional job determining the extent of the damage. David was so professional and honestly cares about his clients and their situation. He and his staff went above and beyond working with me during a time when I was desperate. They did not take advantage of the situation, were honest and thorough about options and helped me take care of the problem. They relieves so much stress and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with any sort of water damage. They will be prompt, trustworthy, honest and caring. Go To Services is OK but the sub contractors vary from acceptable to poor. Amber T. was fine in communication in a somewhat difficult insurance roof and interior claim with repairs in excess of $40,000 so far. Catastrophe. Now leaks are back and the blame is being spread around.
16 months of buckets and now collapsed drywall ceiling and split drywall ceiling in the exact area of the claim.
Reviewed to soon..even after 17 MONTHS of work we thought this would be handled better HOWEVER the original estimate was incredibly inept (not Go To Fault). Now my roof is in less condition in someareas than before the claim. Fighting with Insurance and I AM THE AGENT !

Acuity Builders did a fantastic job. They were able to fit within the expenses covered by my insurance and finish the work sooner than anticipated. They removed the old floors and baseboards, painted the house inside and out, put new floors in and had someone come and clean the entire house. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any work done on their home!

I have used RHQ for years. Very fast response time, knowledgeable staff, and personal involvement from Business Development staff and Account Managers. Sergei the owner is extremely well-versed in the technical nuances of this field and always available when needed.

Horrible experience with this company! Actually they do mot deserve any kind of star! The secretary lady seemed to be very nice so i trusted they were a good company until i met the main boss contractor Tim! He is very rude and definately has an Anger problem & should never be a part of a business if you do mot know how to be professional about it! I had them do a releveling service for me on my double wide trlr but come to find out i was told they could not do it due how bad it measurements were from one end to the other so they could not relevel it so was told to just get my refund and find someone else to do the job so thats what i went to the office for on monday but instead got a rude awakening from how theyre real true colors are and was even threatened to be picked up and thrown out of there! Very unprofessional and a rip off business so highly do not reccommend this place!! All i can say is Karma's got my back!
