I hate to complain but after spending an awful lot of money I still have some ruffles in my carpet and am disappointed. Can you please come back?

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
