They do an excellent job with great professionalism quality and excellent customer service I highly recommend them.

I would never recommend this company. I am having a terrible time trying to get my condo back together. It has been 3 months since a pipe broke in my master bedroom bath and I still do not have a toilet or vanity and I still have plastic up where the walls should be. In the hall bathroom, although there is a toilet, the tile from the floor is no longer and I have missing walls. I was told by the Estimator/Inspector that my vanity would be replaced due to water damage, and that once the construction started, the supervisor would tell me where to go and look at new ones, instead the supervisor informed me that the estimate had it listed as R & R which is remove & restore, which means all they do is take the vanity out and replace the bottom section and then put it back in.

These people tell you they will call you back and set up appointments to start the job - but it never happens. I have called and e-mailed the person handling my job and he has yet to get back to me.

If you experience a disaster of any kind to your home or business Go To Services, Inc. is the best! My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! AZ Carpet and Restoration did an incredible job not only on our carpets but also in cleaning a mattress for us! I will definitely use them in the future for ALL of our cleaning needs and highly recommend them! Their customer service is excellent, from the person that set up our appointment to the tech!

Last week we suffered water damage in our home. The technicians from this company did an amazing job setting up their equipment to dry everything out. They came back multiple times to make sure things were drying properly. The guys also handled removing our baseboards and damaged flooring that couldn't be saved swiftly and with care, making sure to leave no nails behind which is important to us because my husband and I have 3 dogs. Thanks for the job well done!

SCAMMERS!! Rip Off Artists!! Stay Clear... these people do substandard work and hire unlicensed people. As soon as they get your Insurance info that is their ticket to the lottery.
They removed my entire roof when only a 1/3 was authorized just to pocket $$!
Unprofessional. Unethical. And, when the Owner knows the Judge by first name that will tell you how many times people have taken them to small claims court.
