The two gentlemen were very nice they explained everything especially when I didn’t understand something or how everything works with all this damage, they also told me I could call anytime if anything worse were to happen which made me feel very comfortable.

Phil and Aaron called me to confirm arrival and did so right on time. They listened to me explain the problem and did everything they could to help determine the cause of my leak. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix my issue in the end but still pointed me in the right direction for next steps.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.
