Bailey, John and Tristin (the folks who actually did the work - demo and rebuild) did an amazing job. They were very professional, communicative, and did quality work. My bathrooms look great :) I will say - the work went on about a month and a half past what was quoted as the drop dead date and the rebuild manager tried to charge me extra for a measurement error on his part and refused to let me contact the owner. That said, I posted a negative review outlining the issue in detail and within moments, the owner called me personally apologizing and refunding the extra charges. I genuinely think he'll take these learnings back to his team + do his best to ensure they learn from it and do better next time. I'd say probably 9/10 times you'll have a great experience and if you do run into any challenges, the owner really wants to make it right which is refreshing in this industry. Appreciate the good work you all do!
