Parts of organization are great..others good

I am due any day now with my first child , and dealing with these house issues is the last thing I want on my mind. After calling so many exterminators , bee removal specialist , home inspectors , I have never been so relieved in my life to call ASAP Restoration. I called and sent him pictures with what I was trying to achieve and what the problem was . I had no where to start. Josh helped me and kept his word that he would call me back after he asked around for what the issues are. He even made suggestions and sent me websites and referrals of what to do , and how he would come in. For someone who is not even getting any incentive out of this to just help someone is beyond me. I will be using this company anytime I have a problem , and I could not appreciate the help and time that he put into helping me and my husband. Thank god that there are people around like this company.

Best cleaning service I have ever experienced. I was very happy with the detail they put on cleaning my home, every thing I wanted cleaned was cleaned beyond my expectations. If your needing cleaning service done and at a great price this is the place.

While doing some fall cleaning, we noticed a mold spot in the corner of a bedroom closet. We quickly found Bright Home Construction and called them that morning talking to Andy. Within a few hours, Andy was at our home inspecting the mold and explaining to us what may have been the cause. The next morning (within 24 hours of discovering the mold) Luke came to our home to remove the drywall, insulation, baseboard, and cleaned out the mold. Several days later, Jeff came to re-install the insulation, drywall, and baseboard molding, then re-texture and paint the area. Everyone from Bright Home was very prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the issue. Although I hope we do not have too many of these problems, I would not hesitate to contact bright Home Construction again as they did a fine job.

Amazing customer service. Very responsive and on time. The technician was very patient and explained every step of the way.

It’s been over a year and have not been able to resolve our issues with the poor workmanship on the tile that they replaced. Trying to get a credit so i can have someone do it and now not returning emails. Will call them next.

They refunded the monies from the work done on the tile. Just disappointed that I have to find someone to remove the tile they installed and get someone else to replace. The other work they did was excellent. Again, they need a professional tile installer.
