My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

I recently experienced severe water damage at my property where 4 units were affected. Initially it was pretty stressful trying to figure out what to do next. Once I reached out to Blusky, Justin was to my office within a few hours. He came to the property and instantly added ease to the situation. His knowledge as to what to expect prepared me for the difficult conversation with my residents. Throughout the entire process Justin was always available, providing daily updates and offering stellar Customer Service. We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.

We recently used Servpro at my boss’s house after another company caused some major water damage to the floors. Maurice and Lorenzo provided excellent service.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
