Another company wanted to charge for a whole bath remodel job, and when I contacted Tom and his crew, it turned out to very a very minimal job. Great job done and what's more I saved all the big bucks. Just goes to show how some guys try to hard sell seniors with unnecessary work. Definitely call these guys later this year to clean and treat duct work. Service and crew terrific.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

My dog tore up the carpet transition from my bedroom to hallway and didn't think it was fixable. I called and spoke to Robert who was very knowledgeable, professional, and offered to even come out and repair the same day. I ended up having him out the following day and was very impressed with the results. I can't even tell that a repair was done. In addition he was on time and extremely professional. I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
