They do not answer the phone. Ever. It's always a voice-mail. Says they will respond to text messages quickly. Never responds. Said they had an estimate in with the homeowners. When I contact them they have heard nothing. Wouldn't waste my time or money from whatever leak you have. Just call someone else.

The plumber called me finally, 8 days after the initial report, and cussed me out because I left this review and now refuses service.

I was searching online for plumbers near me and this business came up. I had to have my front yard facet replaced last year and a couple drains were clogged & then today had to have the backyard one done. Both times excellent work and very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend

Last week when our master tub drain wasn’t draining we called Cactus Valley. Kaylor and his crew were here within the hour and got everything taken care of. They were easy to work with and explained every step they were taking. I will for sure call them in the future.

Be aware they charge a $75 fee for anything after 5p and weekends. Called another local business az quality plumbing and they were out at 530 fixing a problem.

I bought an as-is house in University City last year, and reached out to Brooks Plumbing, as they are only a couple miles away. They were able to do everything I needed, including rip out cast iron stacks and about 20 feet of lateral, reseal toilets, install a tankless water heater, put in a new utility sink, and several other small items. For the huge scope of work, the price was very reasonable. They are quick to respond, always very nice, and happy to send someone by on a moment's notice to look at something since I live so closeby. This is a small, locally-owned business, so please check them out!

Incredible service. We purchased a HW heater and ready for install, and all we needed was a new TP valve to repair existing unit. Honest, ethical business. Would highly recommend!
