I've used these guys many times. Never an issue, pricing and repairs are honest. They don't upsell you to put in a new system, they repair what you have.

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

EXTREMELY impressed is an understatement!!!!! Efren was so communicative from the start to finish. He was open and honest from the beginning. Efren even kept the owner Pauly involved in all decisions that needed to be made. Pauly the owner, even stopped by multiple times to check on the work and progress of the job. I find that very impressive- as most owners of companies tend to stay in their office and behind their desk. The team kept me in the loop, and explained in detail what all was going to take place in order to help our family remodel our bathroom. Efren was patience, and so very kind answering all questions, and even suggesting things with integrity and honesty. Speedi Rooter did a beautiful job plumbing half of our house. I can’t speak highly enough about them! If anyone needs a plumber or a plumbing company, come this way- they won’t disappoint! Wow- unbelievable work!!! Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. after clarifying multiple times over the phone with their office personnel they came out did the job and left. their tech was awesome and polite. after the job I received a invoice for their work. one of which said 0$ because I signed up to have 2 duplexes done..... 2 duplexes means 4 units. then they came back and said each of my units needed it's own package deal. they then re sent a 3rd invoice doubling my cost. these people are scam, they are not professional over the phone. lied to my girlfriend about things we discussed, even said I came in and talked with then in their office building and worked it all out. I literally have never stepped foot once in their business. I handled everything over the phone. this company will never get work from me or anyone I know again. save yourself the money this company is garbage.
