Received phone call early this morning stating plumber was to be here in an hour...spot on! Pete showed up and reviewd my sitation; found nothing out of the ordinary about my water usage via preliminary review. Gave me written estimate for shutoff valve; explained company policies. Pete was very meticulous about all he did; he makes you trust him and his company explicitly! Said I could request him personally after-the-fact. After leaving I received a followup call from Ernie's. Great professionalism! Pete is a great asset to his profession as well as his company!! Outstanding!!
