Scott Reddick was our technician. I called Ernie's and Scott arrived quickly. I told Scott I would rather repair our hot water heater if possible. He quickly diagnosed the problem, informed me as to the needed parts to order from Rheem. Scott did not try to upsell me for a replacement hot water heater. I ordered the parts and the day I received them, I called and requested Scott for completion. He arrived that morning and completed the job promptly. Scott showed me the parts that he had replaced and assured me that our water heater was working as it should now. His service was professional, quick and very he was very courteous.
