After describing the situation on the phone to that plumber he came out and took one look at my backed up storm drain and said he didn't work on those types of drains . . . . even after I described it to him. Anthony from Roto-Rooter came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same day.

Ben is an excellent plumber! He knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything very throughly to me! He left everything so clean and was extremely polite! Wish more people were like him! 100 stars to Ben! Excellent person and plumber!!!
