Mike assisted us SAME DAY with an issue in our master bathroom sink that would not drain. It was inconvenient and Doug fixed quickly with a smile and expertise. We needed help again when we noticed water flowing out of a ceiling vent. The entire team was so helpful even though it was a Saturday afternoon. Taylor arrived Monday to assess and was phenomenal! The hot water heater pipe had burst. He not only fixed but alerted us to a very dangerous and serious issue we had no idea about! Apparently our flue pipes were disconnected from the hot water heaters allowing noxious carbon monoxide gases to leak into the air. Very dangerous and VERY THANKFUL Taylor was knowledgeable and fixed immediately. He also advised us to install a carbon monoxide alarm in the attic to prevent a situation.
