I have recently purchased an older home. At least six different companies have been out due to backups in the main cleanout valve. Rapid Rooter was by far the most professional company I have dealt with. Edward described exactly what he was doing to make the repair. It was necessary to run a camera in the line to determine if there were any breaks, roots, etc. He made sure that I saw specifically what the problems were in the line and what I could do to prevent future root issues.
