Only company to immediately answer the phone without rerouting me when I had an emergency slab leak on a Saturday. Their service tech Mo came out quickly, figured out the problem and was on the phone arranging diggers for a Sunday to expose the leak for repair and recommending a great water damage restoration service. So kind, reassuring, and professional - and on top of that reasonably priced!

Had our AC system checked out by Brandon with Wilson Home Services. Excellent service and explained our system to me in easy-to-understand detail, which I appreciated. Showed me the easy ways I can do to keep the system running efficiently and to the best of its capabilities. Thankfully our AC system was running well and the unit was in great shape, but he thoroughly inspected and cleaned it so we are running at 100%. I was happy to buy into the Wilson maintenance plan, given this was my 2nd great experience with a Wilson employee. Highly recommend their services and honesty in working with customers.

I needed a fault diagnosis and estimate for a leaking toilet, so I called them. They evaluated the bathroom thoroughly and went above and beyond by inspecting all of the home's plumbing fittings and sharing their visual diagnosis with me. Mark was accommodating and promptly responded to my queries. He was also attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'll call them if I ever need a service like this again.
