Called and spoke to Philip. He was candid, open about pricing and where there was the possibility for increased costs. Helped me understand diagnose what we might be looking at. Our landlord went with someone they had an arrangement with, but I will not hesitate to call Philip and confluent if the issue is not fixed or another issue arises.

They even pointed out a few things for me that were going to cause me issues in the future, and were able to explain everything to me while they were repairing my plumbing.
