SWAT Plumbing came to replace the broken sewer drain under our house. They sent a third party contractor to dig a 20ft long, 3ft wide and 3ft tall tunnel under the house for their plumbers to replace it. We never knew they were here until we heard all the noise under the slab! We never got a call telling us they were coming. When Jacob, (the plumber), finished the repairs, the third party contractor came back to fill in the tunnel. when they were done, at least 1/3 of the dirt was still left. We were told at the beginning a little dirt would be left over. This was a pile of dirt that was 3ft high, about 10ft long and about 4ft wide. They obviously didn't compact the dirt very well! Hopefully the foundation won't cave in eventually.Jacob was very nice and professional.You can't say that for their third part contractor.
