John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

I'm surprised they are so highly rated.. I hired them based off their high google rating but I would imagine their contractors work off commission. 1st thing he did was recomend a new unit although mine worked fine it was just louder than it should be and had some leaky ducts off the coil.. it was 350$ to change a fan setting on the circuit board with a simple push of a button and tape up some ducting.. and if it wasnt ducting he could easily reach he wasnt doing any digging.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Lasiter was able to work us in. Chaz was our plumber and he did a great job on the repair. Fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

The system works so much better since the Boiler Service. This is a major improvement. I was very impressed and will definitely use Texas Pluming And Heating again.

If you are calling this company for home warranty work I will warn you to go elsewhere. They came to my house for three separate issues, the two easiest issues they did correct but the third and the most important issue they said the warranty company had a cap on costs and they couldn’t do the job. That was a lie, I called and verified with the warranty company. When I called I was told that the “plumber” they sent wrote the ticket up as if I had removed the toilet flange myself and so they wouldn’t cover it, so again he lied. He was more than happy to give my wife a quote (I was at work) for $450 to install a part that costs $27 at Home Depot and takes 20 minutes to install, I know this because I went to Home Depot and got one myself and installed it myself. They will send you an email after their employee leaves saying if you are unhappy to call their operations manager and he will try to make it right, I did and he wasn’t available conveniently so I left a voicemail. As of my writing this it has been 5 days and I have not received a call back.

Ty Shaver was our technician and has been at our residence four times now. He is very competent, pleasant and accommodating. We had several receptacles that were not working and some automated lights that were out. Ty researched each problem thoroughly, determined the appropriate corrective action and implemented the corrections. Everything worked properly after he finished. I have asked Tioga to send Ty in the future when we have electrical problems, because he is familiar with our house's electrical systems and we consider him a trusted electrician. Thank you, Tioga, for your professionalism as a company and for employing such excellent workers as Ty Shaver.
