Had a late night 11pm issue with my water draining and needed an after hours plumber. Before calling kmp I had called a few other companies and got the same run around, after calling and speaking with Ruben I believe his name was he got me all set up and had someone here in a timely manner. Henry arrived and was very professional from the get go. We went over the different options and prices and I went with what he recommended and im glad I did. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and showed me what was going on along the way. He was able to find the cleanouts I had assumed were nonexistent but had been buried in the flower bed by the previous owner. In no time we had a solution to get me through the night and a plan for a permanent fix!
