The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Jon and his father have been to my home twice now to fix two different issues with my plumbing during COVID. They come wearing masks and get right to work. They fixed my clogged kitchen sink the first time and my washer cold water valve the second time. They were polite and curteous both times and left the area clean where they worked. In both cases, I was in need of a plumber immediately, and they were able to fit me into their schedules quickly without having to wait days to get my plumbing issues fixed!
