I recently needed to put in a new water heater. They put in the new water heat precisely to code and while they were working on it, they noticed water on the floor that wasn't from the water heater.
They identified it as a slab leak. They fixed the slab leak.
When the inspector came the next day to check their work, I was on the phone. I pointed him to where he could check the water heater and the slab repair. Within a minute he was walking back and gave me a smile and a thumbs up!

We purchased a new a/c unit in late March. Noel B. was our 1st impression of great customer service from Max Air! He was super attentive to our needs. First thing he did was looked around in each room, went in the attic and evaluated venting issues that we felt, but didn't know how/what to ask our previous a/c guy. Noel was well educated on the products and made us feel comfortable about our purchase answering every question. We can't say enough about how great he is as a person and how very courteous and respectful he is. The installers Juan R. and Jose showed up on time, were very kind, did great on installing the unit and cleaned up before leaving. Now here 3 months later we wanted to cool down our newly extended patio. Robert, Ant, and Keneth came to put installation over the patio and cut a ventining hole through the outside wall for our mobile a/c heating unit. They were all very courteous, did great on both jobs and made sure to answer any questions for us. They were happy to make sure we were satisfied before they left.
