The technician was very professional, polite, and educated.He used video pictures from his phone that he took on my AC unit located in the Attic so that I could see what he was seeing. He explained everything in good terminology so that I could understand. He made some good recommendations for the next maintenance session that will be needed in the late spring before summer comes.
