We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

I had an external leak that had turned into a swimming hole in my front yard. Texas Plumbing Repair was able to come out & fix the problem within hours of my call. The morning after the repairs my toilet began having issues. I left a message about how flustered I was about my plumbing issues & Justin, the owner, took time to contact me. He assured me that he’d have guys back out first thing in the morning! Sure enough, 8am, they were here.. They replaced my toilet valve free of charge!
