We chose Wilson Home Services to buy and install 2 hot water heaters. We hired them on Tuesday, based on reviews we read and the quote given to us. Osvaldo and Jared came out Thursday morning to do the job. They were prompt, hard-working and friendly. They took extra care of our floors by laying down coverings, and picked up all debris before they left. They took care in both removing the old water heaters and installing the new ones. One of the water heaters is in the attic and that took extra effort. Another company wanted to charge more because of it being in the attic, but Wilson did not. The men were efficient and knowledgeable, and they worked until the job was done with only a small break. We will be calling Wilson Home Services for any future needs.

Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. He really took the time out to explain and educate me on my HVAC unit. Mike is such a asset to L&S Mechancial.

What a scam company! Charges $89 to come out and say they’ll charge almost $700 to lift a toilet. Literally a waste of time and money with nothing done. Run fr this scam company as quick as you can!

AirCo came out to do maintenance work on our heating system today. Elvis performed the service and he was courteous, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend AirCo to anyone. Really good company.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
