This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

We tried to fix a dripping shower faucet. Ended up with a crack and water spraying everywhere. Shut our main off Friday. Needed a plumber Sat. KMP was the one able to come out. Don did our work. Helped get the cost to a reasonable level for me. Did excellent work. Showed me where the leak was and what happened to cause it. Showed me what he was doing along the way.
