I called Monday morning and Tim came out the same day to get us helped out. Called before they came out to let me know he was on the way and did a great job. Very fair pricing for all services provided. Thank you Tim. Would recommend for honest work and fair pricing!

Excellent company with outstanding service. Every person I've had contact with is friendly, knowledgeable, and doesn't get too annoyed with all of my questions. Couldn't recommend a better hvac company. Could have saved money calling these guys first before some of the competitors.

We called over the weekend and set up for a tech to come snake the drain inside the kitchen. We were told on Tuesday am no one could come out because of the zero temp the time we had scheduled was 11 to 1. So no one told us on Wed it would be a different time 3 to 5. This is not professional. The guy Mike has no customer service skills told me if I didn't like it I could call another company. You do not talk to customers in that manner.
We had places to be between 3 and 5 no one ever considered that. But that's ok I have someone that will come out .

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
