Overall experience with this company was great. We decided to call them after our main line backed up for the second time in less than a year. Tyler, our service technician, was on time and very vocal about what needed to be done and what could be done to prevent future root problems. The entire appointment took less than an hour. The only reason for the four stars, instead of five, is the pricing. Invoice total was higher than what we were expecting and had seen from similar companies.Would still recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues in the future!
