I recently started having trouble with my Samsung dryer. I used to have the matching washer, but that gave out within a month and was a nightmare to get repaired and eventually replaced. I was hesitant to call because of previous experience with another company not having parts and having to wait. I must say that’s I am absolutely pleased with the service that I received from El Paso Appliance Repair. From the moment I called the staff was extremely attentive. The tech, George S. arrived within the predetermined time window, was very respectful, and got straight to work, in and out within an hour. I will be calling them for any future maintenance needs and would highly recommend to anyone that may be in need of such service. Also, the tech noticed my AC was not working and offered to help, unfortunately I had already called another tech, however, if I am not pleased I will not hesitate to call EPAR. Thank you all so much!
