Great experience overall! I initiated a claim via my warranty service for a plumbing stoppage, which I knew was not good. They seemed to think it wasn't an emergency and the first contractor they sent took 3 days to service my claim. When he arrived he stated that their was a main line stoppage and he would not be able to fix it, he then suggested I relay the information to my home warranty service. They followed up by assigning Innovative Trades LLC to the claim and from that point everything went smoothly. Willie and Fabian showed up on time and quickly got to work asking detailed questions and surveying the the work they needed to do prior to actually poking around. I had to leave and my wife was equally impressed with Rudy, who explained the issues and how they were going about their work. These guys were friendly and professional and you could tell Willie wasn't going to BS you. I Would highly recommend them and will likely hire them for some follow-on plumbing repairs.
