I cannot express the appreciation that I have for the staff of ARS Rescue Rooter in Durham, NC. Their professionalism, courteousness, and outstanding customer service displayed, is beyond any expectation I had. The technicians we had (I do not recall their names) were very experienced and knowledgeable in the heating and air conditioning profession. Ms. Laura Holly was so accommodating and understanding of the issues I was having with the unit we purchased in 2019. Upon arrival, the technicians explained what they were going to do. After assessing the problem, they were clear in explaining what they were going to do. Then once they completed all they could do on this date, they explained they enabled the AC unit to work to give us air, but they would be ordering parts to fully complete the repairs. It is rare to find vendors that are knowledgeable, and take pride in their job the was the staff of ARS Rescue Rooter of Durham does. Wonderful job replacing one of my toilets with one that conserves water. Price was within reason and the guy who showed up was on time. He even cleaned up his work area spotless. 5 Stars for sure.
