Best New Appliance Installed in Durham NC

Ben and CW installed a Rinnai tankless water heater last month and I couldn't be more satisfied with the process from getting the estimate to installation. We had a 20+ year-old water heater that was limping along and for not much more than a 50-gallon tank, we opted to go with a Rinnai tankless system. Full Stack did not try to oversell me on which tankless model to go with, rather they understood my needs and recommended the middle of the road model. Ben and CW showed up on-time and in a couple of hours we had a brand new tankless water heater. They were quick and efficient, left the garage cleaner than when they arrived, and did not leave until they had sufficiently tested the system to make sure there were no problems. We now have unlimited on-demand hot water. No more waiting for the hot water to heat up after a couple of showers. I can't thank the team at Full-Stack Plumbing for the great work that they do.
