I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Brown Brothers Plumbing were prompt, professional and comprehensive. They work together as a team and responsive to questions.They explained what the problem with my hot water heater was and then were able to install the needed parts. It turns out I also need a new furnace! Though that was unrelated, another professional came over, evaluated the situation and laid out a plan with options.
