Best Slow Drainage in Anchorage AK

Douglas came for a routine, preventative maintenance camera job. We have a sensitive system due to a belly in our line and an ancient backwater valve, and like to check on things before our busy season (we have a rental unit on the lower level of our home). We noticed immediately that the valve had rusted and broke and was lying in the pipe collecting any solid and toilet paper trying to make its way out. With people checking in in two days this immediately became a nice sized problem that required swift action. The size of the problem increased a bit when the location of the backwater valve was determined to be 2 feet underground and beneath the foundation wall (very precarious position, old, not well planned construction). This would require jackhammering the newly remodeled floor of our unit. Chris, Doug's supervisor, rearranged his schedule to fit our job in the very next morning, showing up with Paul at 8a.m. Paul and Chris confidently, carefully and efficiently worked to replace the old valve and were completely finished by 3p.m.. They even installed a concealed access point for the new valve for future maintenance (The owner of the company stopped by to check and contribute to the design). Our tenants checked in on time with zero interruption. I don't typically write long reviews, in fact this will be the longest review I've ever written. These guys did a fantastic, professional job. I wish all services could be trusted to do the kind of work Drainmasters did for us. We will be having them back to realign the rest of our system as soon as it's in the budget. And we will be referring them to all of our business and homeowner friends. Thank you Paul, Chris Douglas and the owner, (sorry sir I didn't get your name). WELL DONE!!
