The man who came was very prompt, and understood what my problem was immediately. He worked quickly, neatly and the cost was much lower the cost of a Plumber. I was very happy with the quality and cost of the work and the polite efficient attitude of the company. When I asked some other plumbing questions, he explained that he was not a licensed plumber but was qualified to do jobs that did not require licensed plumber.
