Mark and Aidan were very professional and their customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I got photos and some notes about their work via email, which I found helpful.My husband had an additional request after they had left, so Joe was sent out to snake our drain. After my laundry water drained out through a toilet and flooded the daylight basement I was expecting a way more traumatic and expensive fix! Our experience was great! Our house wasn’t draining anything so we called on Sunday and he was out on Monday at 8am. When he showed up he was clearly a pro in all he did.

Called victory drain cleaning for a clogged/ backed up toilet. Let them know the situation in advance before arrival. Upon arriving they did not trouble shoot the problem check drains or toilet. They asked if any of my other drains or sinks were backed up I let them know my toilet was the only issue. Once they finally checked the toilet they let me know I had to drain or empty it myself before they could trouble shoot or figure the problem out. They were her for less than 5 mins. I Ended up calling drain masters right after. They got here within the hour. Checked all the drains and made sure it was just a internal problem with the toilet and that the other drains weren't the cause. They were able to get me an estimate of the work that needed to be done within 15 mins of being here and got the toilet unclogged for me. Victory ended up being a dead in but I'm glad it lead me to a company that is thorough and left no loose ends. I strongly recommend DRAIN MASTERS all around full service unlike others and great customer service.

After the really bad storm in December I had to call them because I lost power for 4 days and my pipes where in bad shape. The tech they sent was there for almost an hour. Fixed 4 breaks. The. Said he had to go to another job and would come back after he was done there to finish. My heat is a boiler so he left me with no heat. He never came back that night or the next day and would not answer the phone or my texts. The company would not Alsace the phone also. He texted me about 3 weeks later saying he needs to get paid. I told him to send me a bill. I just got the bill today in a text and they are charging me a late fee and 3 hours of work with after hour rate witch they told me they don’t charge after hour rates. If I was you all I would find a better company for your plumbing needs. This one will try and take advantage of you and then leave in the middle of the job and not come back.
