We had our line backup on the weekend... the guy came out and snaked it... less then 72 hours later the problem came back... The second guy who came out was very gracious and apologetic, explaining what the first guy didn't do and what he should have done to resolve the issue in the first place... The fact that Denali Sewer & Drain did not try to double charge us, explained to us what the issue was, and how it should have been resolved in the first place, is the reason I gave them an Excellent rating. It's one thing for someone to make a mistake and not fix the problem... we all make mistakes... But it's refreshing to find a company that's willing to go out of their way to fix the problem correctly once they know all the facts, be apologetic about it, not make up excuses, and go out of their way to make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I've never worked with a business like this before; for years now they have taken care of our septic tank, and it's always the same person who answers the phone, and she's amazing -- so professional, so nice, so willing to answer questions and talk about what needs to be done. After calling five other companies to no avail, one recommended Victory. They were at our house within 15 minutes. Anthony was open about what could be the problem and possible solutions. He began working on it, but soon, through no fault of his own, the snake was caught up on something. After fighting with it by himself, he called in another gentleman in to help. They worked so hard to get the snake working. When they were able to get it free, they continued to on with the job until they got the clog flushed out. Anthony gave us some options going forward as he wasn’t happy about what the true issue was and made a plan to investigate further once breakup comes. He also gave us payment options, which we declined. The bill was less than we expected. The bonus with working with Anthony was we were also introduced to his 4 month old puppy! I would work with and recommend Victory again without hesitation!
