He immediately realized it was not necessary to run the drain camera, but took a more logical approach. It didn't fix the problem, but at least he admitted he was stumped, then recommend I run the hose down the vent pipe. He also stuck around to make sure I got safely of my roof (age 69) and I appreciate more than he will ever know.Thanks again, everything was great, from my first call to Drain Masters to the time Pete drove away. If I ever have a drain problem, I'm calling Drain Masters!
