Blayne was FANTASTIC!!! He went above and beyond in helping to fix my plumbing issue. By thinking outside the box he was able to stop the immediate roof leak that I had in my office building. It's not fixed yet but at least there is no more water raining through my roof into my office building.On Monday he will return and jet the pipes to clear whatever is clogging the pipes.Blayne was kind enough and worked up the work order to show me the pricing as to what it would be to have it done during normal work hours or if I wanted him to forge ahead and do it on overtime. I picked standard time so that is why he will return on Monday.I have a budget that I have to work within and he was kind enough and helped me do that.I can't say enough about Drain Masters and the care they put into their work and their clients.I'll never go anywhere else for my commercial or residential needs.Drain Masters, you have a great employee in Blayne!! Give that man a raise!!

A+ deserves an A+! Amanda was the first person I spoke to when I called to get a quote. She is freindly, smart and knows exactly how the septic business works. We are selling our house and she walked us through the entire process. Additionally she was able to get the septic tank emptied and inspected within 24 hours of my call. Lastly she said to please give 3 to 5 business day to receive the paperwork from accounting. I got it the next day! Richard did the actual job and he was AWESOME! If anyone ever needs this job done go to A+! The cost was great and the service was the best! Thank you Amanda and Richard!

Victory was the 4th company we had tried to clear two blockages that reared their ugly heads when our water volume decreased by 80% due to Covid restrictions. The first 2 gave up. The third did get through one of the two blockages but never got back to me with a plan for the second. I had a conversation with the owner of Victory about the problem and walked him through the 300 feet of drain line to the main and he assured me he had the right guy for the job. I knew when I met Doug that he was not going to let the drain line win and he worked on the problem for almost 10 hours and won the battle. He modified his assault on the blockage multiple times until he found a method that worked. He would not give up and I am very impressed with the quality of his work. I have to say that Victory will be my go to for any plumbing or drain line issue in the future.
