Great experience. Called this morning at 9:00. Had boots on the ground a couple minutes after 10:00. Came prepared, we’re neat about their work, and were reasonably priced. Shaun was a competent technician, was respectful, and listened to our description of the problem.

The guy came and fixed the issue within 1 hour. Was fast and clean.

We have used One Stop a fee times now and they have always been very responsive and able to take on the job quickly. Yesterday we had a sewer line backup in one of the apartment complexes we manage and One stop was there within 30 minutes fixing the issue and even cleaned up the water.

We used to use Drainmasters pretty regularly but lately there pricing has been insane, they wanted $575 to snake a sewer main, and I am very grateful that I reached out to One Stop as we have been very pleased with their work and price.

Called sound Mechanical to have a shut off valve installed. Spoke to Jake who got us in the next day. Jesse was here on time and couldn’t have been any nicer or more efficient. Great company. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Great and fast service! We called them from the valley and they were out in under an hour and had it fixed within another hour. Super friendly and quick! Got in got it fixed and got out! Would definitely recommend these guys!
