Can’t think of one good thing to say about this company. Would never recommend them.

My parents (both in their 70s) purchased a new on-demand water heater system 2 years ago for a little over $10,000 from Mountain Mechanical. One year after it was installed it stopped working and took over a week and half for them to get it working. They did not charge because it was within a month of the warranty. But now one year later it stopped working again but this time they were charged over $700 to repair it. I highly suggest people do their research when selecting a business. Seems like they are not installing correctly or the systems are low quality. These systems are supposed to last over ten years so this seems ridiculous. I would definitely not recommend Mountain Mechanical.

Tom was great -- came quick; fixed low pressure problem in bathroom sink; reasonable cost; professional work, and I nice guy to boot! -- definitely would call him again!
