Burt always show up on time and does a fantastic job at a reasonable price. His crews are curtious and leave the job area clean. Burt is a master at figuring out mysteries about where the leak is hiding. All of my neighbors use him too. I've never recommended anyone so strongly.

I called this company on a Thursday and they were out here the next day. The gabarge disposal at my office wasn't working and the water wasn't draining.

Customer service was ok. They answered and let me know ow they had other callers and would call me back. Sure enough they returned my call in 15 minutes and booked my appointment very easily. I was happy they could get me in before 3pm. They text you a confirmation of your appointment which is nice. They also send a text when plumber is in route with a little bio and a picture. Super cute.

Felix the umber came out and within 10 minutes let us know that there was no power coming to the outlet the disposal was plugged into. He unclogged out sink and let us know it was draining and good to go. Charged us $95

Took me a couple days to get the receipt but when I called Monday I spoke to Danirl who is think is the owner and he sent it to me quick. I like the quickness because my work life revolves around ASAP he apologized for the delay and we had a friendly chat.
