Overall very happy with the experience at Barker and Sons. Their call center workers are very responsive and friendly. They sent over a plumber named Nate. He was the best!! Highly recommend him as he knew everything about plumbing issues. He helped us install a new water heater, do a water leak inspection and fixed our water pressure regulator. Very accommodative to services and scheduling. He stayed almost until midnight to get the job done!

Gustavo was my assigned technician. He was great from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. Very kind human being. Daniel, the supervisor, was very knowledgeable and kind as well. Although my pocket is hurting from the extensive repair they had to do to my drain pipes, I trust they did the job correctly, not cutting any corners…would highly recommend them.
