Raul and his son always come and help me out with unclogging pipes (bathroom, kitchen, shower) in my aunts house . Last time they were here helped install a dish washer and replaced the sink/disposal with a whole new set up. My aunt is happy and I am thankful that I known him for several years to help me with the plumbing problems I come across in the house!

This is one of the horrible plumbing company to deal with.What turned out to be a simple shower drain unclog turned out to be a nightmare.1. First up, I booked an appointment and was supposed to send me a technician. But the worst part is, nobody turned out and I got was a text message asking to rate the service of the technician.2. Then they said it was a mistake & sent a technician the next day, who tried to unclog the drain and broke the pipe which led to water damage all over. Now they say it is my responsibility to do the restoration.Have gone through lot of stress last couple of days dealing with this company.

I called on a Sunday morning, customer service was quick and fast they told me that someone would be out within the hour. About less than an hour later Sam the tech showed up at my front door. He was super knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and concerns regarding the work that needed to be done.

Sam checked under the house, every sink, toilet and shower to locate the problem and all with a smile. He gave helpful hints about how we can keep our drains clean, top line products to use, etc.

Also, my puppy enjoyed a few runs with Sam once he completed the job. Thank you so much for making this crazy pluming issue a great experience. I normally don't like that akward feeling when people are in my house that I don't know, but this tech was super friendly and outgoing which made it easy for me.

We had an annoying high pitch sound coming from what sounded like, inside the wall after a shower was taken. I read reviews looking for a plumber.When I called, I was pleasantly greeted by an empathetic dispatcher. Right away she scheduled me an appointment that same day.Alex came out with another gentleman and they were on time, knowledgeable and I could tell by the way they operated that they were true professionals.
