Old Towne Plumbing is a scammy company. I have a tenant who believed she had mold in her unit, so she called this company. Carl Shields came out and told her it was bad. I spoke to him and he told me it was bad and would need all sorts of expensive work. To prove it, he told me would come back to the unit with a camera and take pictures of the insides of the walls. He said he would hire a 3rd party company to take samples and do testing. Shields quoted me at $800 for the testing and told me that everything else would be part of a free estimate.

Everything about him seemed fishy, but I was very busy with other work at the time and my tenant was so convinced she was getting sick due to mold. I told Shields to send me a work contract before doing any testing. He never sent the work contract nor did I sign anything; he scheduled with the tenant and came in there to do the testing anyway and tried to bill me for $1,210.

When I objected to the extra $410 in extraneous charges, instead of addressing them, Shields started to accuse me of being an absentee landlord.

I don’t know how many plumbing companies out there make their work on predatory practices like this, but this is the first time I’ve ever come across it. Steer clear of this company!

Had a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink and I called Plumbing Works and spoke to Dery. He was able to send someone over to look at it that same afternoon. Christian was able to unclog our sink and we haven't had any problems since. Work was done efficiently and professionally. Definitely using them again.

Anyone needing a plumber check out Andy. Two other plumbers thought my pipes were broken only to find out I just needed a water pressure valve. Saved tons of unnecessary costs. Fast service. Dependable. Fair pricing.

Great service ,honest company

I used G&W for a complete repipe of our home. We went in with another neighbor and then they did yet another. Gary and his team are professional, on time, responsive and do such a great job. I researched many including Repipe1 which I would never use; look at lawsuits) & Next Gen(who couldn't handle the big jobs). We checked out many places even using epoxy and went with a full repine. I'm super glad we did. The immediate change in our water flow, hot water to the longest distance was instant. The team was in and out in 3 days (one of which was an inspection) so 2 days total and it was done. They replastered and textured all the cutouts. You can even ask for repainting if you choose. The end result is I would not go with any other plumber but G&W. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

B and B did a great job installing an expansion tank to for my new water heater. I was having issues with my t and p valve and I didn’t know what the issue was and I couldn’t use my new water heater. I called two other local plumbers during my search who wanted to book an appointment two days later, no thanks I need a hot shower today. Thank you to all the staff that helped us the same day to get a hot shower.

We called Accurate because of an emergency leak in the evening. Jesse and his crew came in the next morning and take care of the leak. These guys are A+ for any plumbing issues. We'll use Accurate again. Best plumber in Orange county!

Driving on the way home and passed by this van and the driver was on the phone Driving on the fast lane at 55 miles per hour with no traffic ahead of him 🤬. The unprofessionalism is mind boggling.
