I called Nic-Beck’s Plumbing for an estimate for a mainline sewer blockage. Their estimate was a fraction of what we received from other companies and included more than what was being offered by their competitors!…I was shocked by the other outrageous prices we received and am thankful for calling around for additional estimates. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the process to resolve the issue was explained in full detail. All of the technicians were respectful and courteous from the very start and made my frustrating day and experience pleasurable. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. Polite friendly and incredibly reliable. Called Sunday afternoon and pump was installed by Monday afternoon (even with having to order the pump I wanted). This was super nice and helpful because we didn’t have any hot water for showers.James was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and just an all around nice human being. The second technician Scotty was also great and brought shoe covers for walking inside. Would recommend 100% and will use again in a heartbeat.(New and old pictured)
