It's so reassuring to know Roto-Rooter is available 24/7, even holidays! I've used them three times over the past couple of years and have been very happy with the speed of their response and the thoroughness of the service techs. Yesterday Wayne arrived within two hours of my call and was very courteous. He explained our problem and offered two solutions, one more thorough (costly) than the other. We chose to spend more money to resolve the problem on a long term basis. Wayne efficiently went to work and fixed us up. He was very careful to lay canvas tarps down and left no mess whatsoever.
