Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.

Update: A young lady called and explained to me the work I needed was out of their scope of work and apologized for the mix-up. She was very professional and took full responsibility for my issue. I’m only grading a 3 because I was not able to use their service.
