Starting with Miss. Kristine , she was so charming and a delight to talk to. She answered the phone with a smile which you could see through the phone. Scheduled same day appt and Dan showed up promptly. He was so nice and pleasant. Took care of the problem within the hour. He was actually smiling while snaking the toilet.
